STC Motion (Pty) Ltd was appointed as the Structural Engineers and Construction Managers for an impressive residential project in Rustenburg. This unique house design features multiple reinforced concrete slabs and extensive cantilevered sections, requiring precision engineering to achieve both strength and aesthetic appeal. Our team meticulously planned and supervised the construction, ensuring each cantilevered slab met stringent safety and durability standards. The result is a structurally sound, visually striking home that balances modern architectural elements with the reliability of reinforced concrete.
